About Us

Shimona Tzukernik is the founder and director of Omek Foundation, a somatic therapist and public speaker. She has addressed the UNSRC and been featured on NatGeo and NickMom TV. Using Torah principles, Shimona created The Method – a practical approach to personal transformational offered in person and on the web. Her most intimate work is done in one-on-one therapy. Shimona also offers certification in The Method.

Carrie Lisbon is a wife and mother of 8 children. She is the former co-director of Congregation Bais Bezalel in LA. For the past 20 years, she has been an event planner for weddings and other special events across America and in Israel.

Devorie Kreiman is the author of, “Even If I’m Not” which tells the story of her journey through the loss of four children to a rare disorder and then the loss of her son Yossi in an accident. She is a popular speaker and writer on the power of faith, humor and joy. Devorie’s readers share that they cried and laughed as they read her book, that they couldn’t put it down, and that they were changed afterwards.

Bracha Meshchaninov is the founder of the Tiferet Movement Yoga Studio which delivers yoga with a Kabbalistic twist. Bracha is also a holistic Torah educator who aims to help make the teachings of Torah and Kabbalah personally relevant and thereby enliven her students, helping them to integrate Mind, Body, Heart and Soul.

Rochel Holzkenner is a mother of four children and the co-director of Chabad of Las Olas, Florida, serving the community of young professionals. She is a high-school teacher and a freelance writer. She lectures extensively on topics of Kabbalah and feminism and their application to every life.

Sara Schwartz is a relationShift coach and helps women grow from the inside out. Her search and journey of personal growth incorporates different mediums including art, dance and writing. She lives in Miami with her husband and five children.

Malkie Raskas is a Certified Fitness Trainer and Weight Management Consultant. She is the developer of AquaTread, a deep water workout that was featured in the Baltimore Sun and in Fitness Magazine.

Our intention is to spiritually uplift you, deliver Torah wisdom and an abundance of healing and joy.
