The Breath Meditation is the first of 14 in the Power of Mindfulness series. It focuses on relaxing the tongue and eyes prior to and during meditation; and on shallow and deep breathing.  We learn to use breath both to relax and enliven the body, and as a tool with which to build mental focus.
