Welcome to Building Blocks Meditation! The Rhythm Meditation is one of 14 in the Power of Mindfulness series. In this mediation, we learn to focus on a verse and experience it word by word. Once we have explored the entire verse, we pare it down, and then build it back up again. In this way, we develop our ability to concentrate. We also gain access to the verse in an entirely new way because the meaning changes as we add and subtracts words and clauses.
The verse used in this meditation is: “Raise you eyes on high and see Who created these.” (Isaiah 40:26)
