The Divestment Meditation is one of 14 in the Power of Mindfulness series. It will help you access your identity.

Our points of departure for this meditation are a Biblical verse and a teaching from the Zohar that the body is “the skin of a snake.”  We use these concepts to help us reframe our sense of Self and Identity.

This meditation will help you let go of attachment to not only “stuff” but pressure about how you are perceived – and more significantly the way you know yourself. As you progressively shed these layers, you will begin to access the inner core of who you are.
